Wanted Blood Stones Gang Member Known As 'Flee' Nabbed By Police Detectives In Westchester

A 27-year-old wanted member of the Westchester-based Blood Stones gang has been apprehended by police.

Over the last several weeks, investigators with the Gang Unit developed information on the whereabouts of Rahkim "Flee" Shealy, and on Thursday night, Yonkers Police detectives placed him into custody without incident at a location on Orchard Place.

Shealy, of Yonkers, was booked on charges of conspiracy, menacing and criminal possession of a weapon and arraigned today at the Westchester County Court. He is being prosecuted by the Office of the Westchester County District Attorney.

On May 5, Mayor Mike Spano, Police Commissioner Charles Gardner and Westchester County District Attorney Anthony A. Scarpino Jr. announced a series of arrests of Blood Stone member which took place throughout Yonkers and surrounding jurisdictions. The arrests followed an intensive four-month long investigation. 

"Operation: Blood Stone" is a collaborative law enforcement effort between the Yonkers Police Department and the Gang, Firearms and Narcotics Bureau of the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office.

Twelve individuals were indicted on charges including attempted murder, conspiracy, criminal possession of a weapon, assault and gang assault. Nine arrests were announced, with two indictments remaining sealed and one individual, Shealy, unapprehended at that time and actively being sought by law enforcement.
